verkkofillet.tl.rmrDNA(obj, rDNA_sequences=None)[source]#

Generate a GFA file with rDNA sequences removed from the graph. The human rDNA sequences are used by default.

Parameters:

  • obj – The VerkkoFillet object to be used.

  • rDNA_sequences – The path to the rDNA sequences to be removed from the graph. Default is None, which will use the default rDNA sequences provided with the package. (Human rDNA sequences)

Returns:

target.screennodes.out assembly.homopolymer-compressed.noseq.telo_rdna.gfa assembly.colors.telo_rdna.csv
